For every half of a centimeter (0.5) descending or ascending choose one size bigger or smaller.
The same ankle sizes and calf sizes go for the boots. The height varies between 32 and 35 cm.

One last advice:

When you buy shoes with a heel with a height of 12cm or more, it is strongly recommended, even indispensable, to obtain one size bigger than your own usual size, as a result of the curvature of the foot.
