Return, Refund and Cancellation

Please read our Return Policy.
They are your guarantee that all our products are brand new and original.

We accept the return of shoes, lingerie products or accessories if we made a mistake (wrong size, wrong color) only, or if the product is malfunctioning. 
You must notify us the mistake within 24 hours after receiving the package by the carrier.  Customer Service: contact@shoes-cancan.com
 

No other return or refund will be accepted, for the following reasons:
 

Returning or refunding shoes:

-Our company and our offices are located in the USA. We therefore ship the shoes to Europe especially for you.
-To guarantee that your order arrives well and in good condition, we take care of customs; the fee of customs is thus included in the final price of your order.
-We use FEDEX air shipment in order to deliver your order as soon as possible.
-Our European logistics partner takes care of redistributing your order in partnership with Colissimo or DPD.
These are the reasons why your order is final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.
We advise you to consult our "Size Conversion Chart" in order to find out which size is suitable for you.

 

Returning or refunding lingerie:

It is impossible to return lingerie, costumes, clothing or accessories for the obvious reason of hygiene.
This also counts for packages that seem not to have been opened.

We apologize to our dear customers that would have liked to return a product that does not suit him, but nobody wants to wear lingerie that has already been worn.
Now you will have the guarantee that all our products are new!


In the case a package is returned to us for the reasons of "unclaimed package"  or "incorrect recipient address"

We will send you an email in order for you to confirm you address.
In this email you will also find a payment link to pay the shipping costs of returning the product.
These costs will be increased with the fixed amount of €7,- logistic fees.
If after 15 days you did not indicate this mistake to our customer service: contact@shoes-cancan.com, only 50% of the value of your order, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to your account.


In the case a package is returned to us for the reason of "refusal of the package"

Only 50% of the value of your order, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to your account.

 

Order Cancellation

You are able to cancel your order for free and for any reason, 1 hour after placing the order and if it has not yet been sent.
Beyond this period, only 70% of the value of your order will be credited to your account.
If your order contains one or more pairs of shoes, the order cannot be cancelled beyond the period of 1 hour after placing the order
